Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders during festivities such as Chinese New Year and Christmas, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping is free within Singapore except for restricted and remote areas. 

A minimum shipping fee (irrespective of the number of items) will be charged for shipping to Jurong Island.

For remote areas such as Sentosa Island, Airport Logistic Park (ALPS) and Turf Club Avenue, remote area surcharge of $15 will be charged per order.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
